Thank you for doing business with the Mills of Keene!
In order to receive payment from our bookkeeper, vendors doing work on-site at The Mills of Keene must:
- submit a COI with the Certificate Holder listed as The Mills of Keene LLC, 81 Ralston Street Keene NH 03824.
- COI must include worker’s compensation if employees/1099 workers are working under you
- submit a w9
- submit quotes if requested
- submit numbered invoices for work completed
All submissions should be sent to maintenance@themillsofkeene.com
Please note we cut and mail checks every other Wednesday for all invoices submitted within the previous 2 weeks.
