Roommate info
Please note this is not the “application”. This form just lets me know who to send the individual applications to. Once we receive this form back, we will send applications to each roommate. Each roommate will complete the application being sure to enter ONE parent’s name and email address who will co-sign for their individual lease. I need the parents to complete the application before moving forward. Once all applications are complete and approved, we will email leases for signature on the portal. At that time, your $150 admin fee will be due to secure your bedroom/apt. Unit types and bedroom assignments can be changed before signing the lease. Just fill it in the best you can and we will ensure you are assigned to the bedroom you prefer before sending leases.
