Take screenshots showing 2 things and upload them to this form: Show that you downloaded and installed rmResident (the app where you can manage your account with us) and that you saved our Contacts page (like linktree) into your Contacts. BOTH QR codes are available in the Resident Handbook which we printed and put into new tenants’ apartments. Even if you are a renewing tenant here you can also enter! If you have not set up your online portal account yet, make a note of that here and we will email you instructions. The web portal and the app are linked and you need to set up your account if you have not done so already.
